Here you can find the answers to many Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about using EzTraxx, the District's Professional Development automation system. How do I get to my EzTraxx Account? EzTraxx is a web-based application that can be accessed 24x7x365 from any internet enabled computer: • Use any web browser to go to the ProTraxx web site at www.protraxx.com; • Click on the {LOGIN} symbol on the upper right hand side of the ProTraxx home page; • On the “Welcome to EzTraxx Online” screen, enter your username and password, and click the LOGIN HERE button; • This will take you to your MyEzTraxx home page. I forgot my EzTraxx Username and/or Password. How can I access my account? It is very quick ’n’ easy to get your Username/Password combination directly from the EzTraxx system: • Use any web browser to go to the ProTraxx web site at www.protraxx.com; • Click on the {LOGIN} symbol on the upper right hand side of the ProTraxx home page; • On the “Welcome to EzTraxx Online” screen, click the “Forget your password?” link on the bottom left; • Enter your city email on the next screen and click the SEND PASSWORD button; • Check your email for a message from ProTraxx containing your Username and Password; the system typically responds in less than 30 seconds; • Print the email and keep it in a safe place. What can I do? My Username and/or Password is too hard to remember; I keep forgetting my Username/Password combination; I have too many usernames and passwords to remember them all. Once you have logged in and are at your MyEzTraxx home page, you can change your username and/or password to a more easily remembered one: • Click on the LINK “Username & Password” inside the “My Profile” box on the left hand side of the home page; • This will take you to the “Change/Update Password and Email” page; • On this page you can change your Username, Password and Email; - Username suggestion: make same as your city email name - Password suggestion: make same as your city network password - Email: please make sure it is the same as your city email
• After you make the changes, click on the UPDATE PASSWORD button to submit your changes. • Return to the EzTraxx Online Login page at https://www.protraxx.com/Login.aspx • On the “Welcome to EzTraxx Online” screen, click the “Forget your password?” link on the bottom left; • Enter your city email on the next screen and click the SEND PASSWORD button; • Check your email for a message from ProTraxx containing your new Username and Password; the system typically responds in less than 30 seconds; • Print the email and keep it in a safe place. I’m a PD Course Instructor/Presenter, how do I . . . . . ? Instructors can find detailed information about the workshops they have or are going to conduct by: • Going to the INSTRUCTORS menu on their MyEzTraxx home page; • Selecting the “List Activity Classes” choice; • Clicking on the Search Button; and then • Clicking on the name of the activity they want to review. • Complete instructor support information and functions are available from the Instructor’s View Activity Class page, including:
- the list of people who have signed up, - an easy way of bulk emailing all the participants, - the ability to print the Sign-in sheet for the activity, and - a summary of the activity’s on-line evaluations. My certification was recently renewed. How do I update it on EZTraxx?
