Here you will find some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about Continuing Education Units (CEUs). How can I add the CEUs I received from _______ (CES, ASCD, etc.) to my EzTraxx Transcript? - The Stamford Public Schools (SPS) do not hold CEUs or related certificates issued by anyone else.
- Teachers are required to hold any out-of-district issued CEU award certificates on their own and attach them to their SPS transcript if they are audited.
- Since the training organization has issued CEU certificates for the training to the participants, they can not be duplicated in our system or be reissued by us.
- A “Certificate of Completion” (CoC) for an out-of-district workshop, however, is a different matter since it carries no CEUs with it.
- A teacher can, therefore, request that they receive an SPS issued CEU award for a CoC activity under the Activity Topic of “294 CEU Equivalents (BOE only) Additional Topics” if it is approved by their Building Principal.
